All items and products are shipped in a timely manner. But please be advised shipping and delivery timing can be delayed do to unforeseen circumstances. Such as Whether Forecast and or depending on the location(s) the items and or products are being shipped to. If it is an holiday this may further delay shipment and receiving your item(s) in a timely fashion. All items are shipped within 7-10 Days unless otherwise specified. We do Ship Locally and Internationally to suite all the needs of our customers . There is an additional shipping cost for international shipping which may vary depending on where the item(s) are being shipped to.
*** We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.

We value all of our customers. Returns are acceptable upon Approval of receiving the item(s) back and pending upon the returned item(s) have been received in the same condition they were sent. Once we have received the item we will notify the customer that we have received the item and give us 5 to 7 business days to process the return.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
In the event this occurs, the customer will receive a store credit, which will be in the form of a coupon. Once the returned item has been received, the customer will receive an email with coupon details. Pending upon the returned item(s) have been received in the same condition they were sent. Details to the coupon will be sent via customer email.
